Laura Lee Williard has a voice that captures and inspires from the start. With deep roots in the American Folk Music tradition, she will perform selections from the Carter Family, Tom Paxton, Pete Seeger, Lefty Frizzel, and Bob Dylan, as well as more contemporary songs from U2, Iris Dement, Gillian Welch, Wailin’ Jennys, and Mumford and Sons. Laura Lee will give you goose bumps and touch your soul. Strong rhythm guitar and articulate finger picking accompany her soul-thrilling voice, and her humor on stage is refreshing and sincere.

At 9:00am, the Wisdom Seeker’s meet to finish the discussion of Louise Erdrich’s “The Round House”,  a book on contemporary life of Native Americans, following this discussion we will select the next book that we will read and discuss.  If you have a book you would like to suggest that we read, please bring it and tell us about it.  This will be followed by refreshments at 10:00am and the service at 10:30am.
