Sunday, July 29th, 10:30 am, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Hot Springs will host Reverend Pat Farnan. who will present “The Progressive Christian Movement.” The conservative, evangelical Christian voice most often drowns out the voices of those Christians who believe in a totally different way of living out the message of Jesus Christ.  This grassroots movement teaches tolerance of all paths that lead to God.  The eight tenets of Progressive Christianity are not new, but more and more people are embracing this paradigm shift as the only future for Christianity for those who find the conservative beliefs as no longer tenable or relevant in modern times.

There will be no 9:00 AM group meeting since it is the 5th Sunday of the month.  Instead we will be cleaning up Spring Street beginning at 8:00 AM

There will be a pot luck after the service.
