May 13th, 10:30am Rebecca Ricks will play the harp in celebration of Mother’s Day at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Hot Springs.  Everyone is invited.

Rebecca Ricks has been a professional freelance harpist since 1989, She travels throughout the state of Arkansas playing a Lyon & Healy concert grand pedal harp. Ms. Ricks studied harp at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and with Elizabeth Ilku, retired principal harpist with the Detroit Symphony and Arkansas Symphony.

Ms. Ricks’ varied repertoire creates a soothing ambiance and a calming atmosphere. Elegant music for any event and easily heard in outdoor settings. Harp duo with flute, violin or cello is also available.

Previous engagements have included weddings, receptions, church services, funerals, corporate events, country clubs, art gallery openings, private parties, and orchestral work.

The Wisdom Seekers Group will meet at 9:00 am and will be discussing their current book.
