Join us on Sunday, February 26th, at 10:30 AM in honor of Valentine’s Day, Linda Puckett will speak at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Hot Springs about “Love, What It Is and What It Is Not”. Linda has been a member of UUCHS since moving to the Hot Springs area in 2013. She is a licensed Universal Life minister and Life Cycle Celebrant, performing ceremonies such as weddings and funerals.  Retired in 2004 from a career in California in Environmental Transportation Systems and Corporate Community Volunteerism, Linda  lived several years in Oklahoma to be near family before formally retiring to Hot Springs Village. She holds a BS degree in business. She is also certificated as a Laughter Yoga Leader, Faster EFT Healer, Oneness Blesser and Raindrop  Essential Oil Therapist.

At 9:00 AM the Wisdom Seekers will meet to discuss “WHAT MONEY CAN’T BUY,” by Michael Sandel.  The author “provokes a debate that’s been missing in our market-driven age: What is the proper role of markets in a democratic society, and how can we protect the moral and civic goods that markets do not honor and money cannot buy?”
