This Sunday the Unitarian Universalist Church of Hot Springs, welcome back Rev. Bud Hearn, his topic:  The Bible & The How & Why Of Things: A Story Book Flavored By History.

We humans are story tellers. The story takes many turns and twists. And a good story entices us to travel further.  My thesis : the Bible is a book of stories. A synthesis of a cultural stream. As life is sacred and the Bible is about life, it can be said  there is a sacredness to the stories within the Bible even though some are about the dark side of life. In Sunday’s message Rev Bud Hearn will reflect on the Bible as a story book flavored by history.
