This Sunday is a “fifth” Sunday, and to our church in Hot Springs that means we will have a Congregational Meeting.  There will be NO 9:00AM discussion group, so activities begin at 10:00AM with coffee, tea and conversation.  At 10:30AM, our president Carol Stanfill, will lead our meeting followed by a “Baked Potato Bar”, lunch around noon.

The agenda for the meeting so far is:

• Review the List of “Go-to people” and update as appropriate.
• Discuss the November Congregation Retreat
• Review Building Repairs and Plans
• Feedback on what we are doing well
• Input on what we need to improve, specifics please.
