Oct. 19, Pat Jobin, speaker

Carol Stanfill, lay leader
Unitarian Universalist Church of Hot Springs.

“Few people fully realize the huge impact the ability to forgive can have on their happiness, nor do most people think of this as a skill that they need to teach and practice. As important as it is, people who have the ability to forgive tend to be happier, healthier, and more empathetic, and like the Buddha, more serene, agreeable, and spiritual.”

Please come this Sunday to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Hot Springs, corner Norwalk and Spring Streets at 10:30 am., as member Pat Jobin, leads us in an interactive service where the audience will be offered the opportunity to share their own experiences answering questions like, “How did you become stronger as a result of your experiences?” and “What lessons did you learn along the way?”

At 9:00am, the Religious Exploration group will continue the DVD, “American Freethought”, with discussion led by UUCHS President, Oliver Driver. So if a lively and interesting discussion interests you, come and explore and share a cup of tea or coffee and snacks with us.

We are the Unitarian Universalists of Hot Springs, and we love to share our liberal religion with all.
